Account. Email and password, via Supabase Auth, to sign you in and send confirm and reset emails. Legal basis: contract.

Notes. The text, the day it was written, and the IANA time zone sent with the note so “today” matches your calendar. Private to that account. Legal basis: contract.

Plan. Free or Paid. Stripe processes the card. We store a Stripe customer id, subscription id, status, and period end. We do not store the card number. Legal basis: contract.

Processors. Supabase (auth and database), Stripe (payment), the host listed on the legal notice, and the email provider used for auth mail. They act on instructions, including transfers outside the EU where their terms use standard contractual clauses.

Retention. Notes and the account stay until you request deletion. Stripe billing records are kept as required for accounting.

Rights. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability. Send a message from the contact page.

Deletion. To delete the account and the notes, send a message from the contact page, topic Account, with the email of the account.

Cookies. Session cookie only, to keep you signed in. No advertising cookies, no analytics in this version.

What we do not do. We do not sell notes. We do not use them to train a model.
