Terms

The product. An evening note, not a morning to-do. One note per calendar day in your time zone, up to 1000 characters. Edit or delete only on that day. Then it stays.

Tomorrow. Optional.

Free. Last 14 notes shown. Older notes stay stored.

Paid. $4 per month, billed by Stripe. Full history, pages of 14. Cancel in the billing portal. Paid lasts until the period already paid ends. No yearly plan. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from this digital service within 14 days. If you ask to use Paid immediately after signup, that request can waive this right.

Your notes. You keep what you write. You are responsible for the content.

Availability. The service can change or stop. Notes already stored are not sold.

Liability. Limited to the amount paid over the last 12 months, except where the law does not allow a limit (fault, bodily harm, consumer rights).
